Personal Highlights

Featured by the NY Times, Debbie’s team is known all over Westchester from Pelham to Bedford for their innovative techniques in selling homes for more money and in less time, even when they were previously on the market and failed to sell.  Of the scores of homes they have sold, most have had multiple offers from which the homeowner can choose.

Their four-step approach includes a customized marketing plan that includes changing the energy, staging emphasizing your homes most positive features, and creating a story-line for your home in order to create an emotional bond with the buyers before they even step on your driveway. Then they utilize their extensive Manhattan and Brooklyn network of agents and buyers and the unprecedented global reach of Sotheby’s International Realty, internet, and social media marketing.

Debbie grew up in a prominent Toronto Real Estate family where even the kids were taught to work hard and to help build the business.  she has 25 years’ experience in real estate marketing and sales, yet it is her patience, resolve and strong negotiating skills, reflecting her father’s teachings that all deals have to be fair to succeed, that ensure that Debbie’s deals do not fall apart, no matter what the obstacles.

Debbie’s top-notch team consists of Westchester’s premier stager; a published author that does all their copywriting; a former artistic director of a NYC art fabrication and award-winning photography studio, who makes crystal and marble look like it was sculpted in Italy; and Fen Shui experts.

Stylish and ever hard-working, Debbie does whatever it takes to get your home sold.  Besides the New York Times, she has been frequently seen on Fox Business News and quoted in hundreds of newspapers and media websites across the country.

Debbie has raised two teenage children in Westchester and is quite familiar with the public and private schools in both Westchester and Fairfield counties and more youth baseball, basketball and soccer leagues than you can imagine.   she is an ardent advocate and fundraiser for special needs children, their educators, and their resources, amongst many other children’s causes.

Interview Debbie and you will find that no one matches the local expertise, global marketing strength, uncompromising value, and sheer effectiveness of this team
